Sultan Chemists, Inc. announces new name


ENGLEWOOD, NJ, December 15, 2005 - Sultan Chemists has changed its name to Sultan Healthcare, Inc.

“As our dental business has grown in both domestic and international markets as well as endoscope reprocessing, hospital supply and veterinary supply, we believe the new name better reflects our current and future activities in the markets we serve,” said Carey Lyons, Executive Vice President. Lyons continued, “The new name will also eliminate any confusion caused by our acquisition of Sultan Dental Products.”

Sultan Healthcare has three businesses; Dental, Medical and International. The four product groups are as follows: Dental Materials, Infection Control, Preventives and Oral Pharmaceuticals.
