 Directions to Sultan Healthcare
From Newark International Airport:
NJ Turnpike North to exit 71 Broad Avenue. Stay left off exit ramp. Cross Broad Avenue. Go straight to Grand Avenue, make right. At the 3rd light, make a left onto Forest Avenue. Cross railroad tracks and go through one light. Sultan Healthcare is the 2nd building on the right side #85 West Forest Avenue.
From LaGuardia Airport:
Grand Central Parkway West to Triboro Bridge. Cross bridge to Major Deegan Expressway North. Follow to George Washington Bridge, either upper or lower level is ok (Rt 95 South). Follow signs to Rt. 4 West, exit at Van Brunt Street. Go to 1st light, make a left onto West Forest Avenue. Sultan Healthcare is the 2nd building on the right side.
From John F. Kennedy International Airport:
Van Wyck Expressway North - Follow signs to Triboro Bridge - Go over bridge. Stay left, follow signs to George Washington Bridge. You are now on the Major Deegan Expressway. Stay right to the George Washington Bridge, either upper or lower level is ok (Rt 95 South). Follow signs to Rt. 4 West, exit at Van Brunt Street. Go to 1st light, make a left onto West Forest Avenue. Sultan Healthcare is the 2nd building on the right side.
